We are the largest Kubota Engine Service Center in North America
We remanufacture engine for resale and for customers that want there current engine remanufacture , we also offer Machining Services for Industrial and on Road Trucks. We use Newest Technologies Machining Equipment Available for Industry , Building are all Newer than 2008 Air Conditioning in Build Bays and Machine Shop and Parts and Offices , In Floor Heat , Never work in the cold , Very few weekend if at all, Overtime is optional, Tool provided for Machine Shop and Build Techs

*Currently our work schedule for all technicians and machines is 4/10s Monday thru Thursday
*Sales and Support Staff 7:30-5:30 Mon-Thursday Till Noon on Friday

About the Role:
The Engine and Parts Sales position is a critical role focused on driving revenue growth by effectively marketing and selling engine components and related parts to a diverse customer base across the United States. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on product selection, compatibility, and technical specifications to meet their operational needs. This role requires a deep understanding of engine systems and parts, enabling the sales professional to tailor solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships. Additionally, the position involves collaborating closely with inventory management and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products. Ultimately, the role aims to expand market share while maintaining high standards of customer service and technical accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, engine parts, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of engine components and mechanical parts, including their functions and compatibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or training related to engines or mechanical systems.
- Experience working with national or regional sales territories within the United States.
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to support a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their engine and parts requirements and provide expert product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams including inventory, logistics, and technical support to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s products in the market.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
Skills:
In this role, strong communication skills are essential for understanding customer needs and clearly conveying product information and benefits. Technical knowledge of engine parts allows the sales professional to provide accurate recommendations and troubleshoot client inquiries effectively. Negotiation and persuasion skills are used daily to close sales and secure favorable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction. Organizational skills help manage multiple client accounts, track orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, proficiency with CRM and sales software supports efficient pipeline management and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
