Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Website Manager with strong SEO expertise to lead the performance and ongoing optimization of our digital presence. This role will partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and external digital agencies to enhance visibility, improve user experience, and ultimately drive patient acquisition.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical SEO knowledge, content strategy, and hands-on website management experience. This individual will play a critical role in shaping site architecture, optimizing content, and ensuring a high-performing, patient-centric web experience across all service lines, mobile platforms and divisions for IBJI.com, OakOrtho.com and IBJICares.org.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Partner with content and service line teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all web pages
- Collaborate with agency partners to implement enhancements and resolve issues
- Manage and execute project timelines for new physician onboarding and Physical Therapists ensuring website content is updated accurately and efficiently to meet designated go-live dates
- Manage content on IBJI website (service line pages, physician profiles, blog posts, job postings, web forms)
- Responsible for managing website analytics, SEO, website plugins, domains, web forms and related services, and making recommendations for optimization
- Experience with HubSpot, SEMrush, and Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager is required
- Build and optimize landing pages for paid media and email campaigns
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs including traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certifications/Licensure
- Not applicable
Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing websites, preferably in healthcare or a multi-location environment
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience managing website redesigns or major digital projects preferred
Technical Skills
- Proven experience with SEO strategy and execution (on-page, technical, and off-page)
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (HubSpot preferred, Google Sites experience a plus)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including web copywriting and editing
- Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an office setting.
- Ability to be mobile and travel to any IBJI locations or events per job requirements, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs. and sort and pack items for distribution.
- Position is based in the Park Ridge, IL office, but requires occasional travel for meetings, events, and/or projects in and around the IBJI clinics in the greater Chicagoland area

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience.
