In this role, you will lead the design and execution of scalable revenue enablement programs that directly shape how go-to-market teams ramp, perform, and grow. You will own onboarding and continuous learning strategies across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Support, ensuring every team is equipped with the skills and frameworks needed to succeed. Operating in a fast-moving SaaS environment, you will bring structure to evolving needs, translating business priorities into impactful training and enablement initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Revenue, Product, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure alignment and measurable impact. This is a high-visibility role where your work will directly influence revenue performance, customer experience, and overall organizational effectiveness. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and focused on continuous improvement and innovation in enablement practices.
- Lead the design, overhaul, and execution of onboarding programs across all revenue-facing roles, ensuring consistent ramp-up and performance readiness.
- Develop and scale ongoing enablement programs focused on pipeline generation, customer lifecycle success, and technical support excellence.
- Implement and reinforce sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar) to improve deal execution and consistency.
- Own the end-to-end enablement roadmap, aligning training initiatives with strategic business priorities and revenue goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure enablement programs are relevant, measurable, and adopted.
- Build, manage, and develop a growing enablement team while continuously improving programs based on data, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or related GTM roles within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Prior experience in a sales or quota-carrying role, with strong understanding of revenue processes and customer lifecycle stages.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and scale structured enablement programs across multiple GTM functions.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, or similar frameworks.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience, including managing or developing team members.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect enablement initiatives to business performance metrics.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building structure from scratch, and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.
- Competitive base salary ($160,000 – $175,000 USD, depending on experience and location adjustments)
