Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports the Bank’s recruiting efforts by executing full-cycle hiring activities and helping attract, evaluate, and hire qualified talent across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers and HR to support recruiting operations, maintain a positive candidate experience, and ensure hiring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages day-to-day recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. The role also assists with recruiting, reporting, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal hiring practices.

Full-Cycle Recruiting Support

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities for exempt and non-exempt positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring managers through the hiring process.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a high level of candidate engagement.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates objectively using structured evaluation methods to ensure fair, consistent, and legal Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliant hiring decisions.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and process coordination.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate qualifications.
  • Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions and job advertisements to ensure clarity and market competitiveness.
  • Provide updates on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities to support hiring progress and decision-making.
  • Support internal mobility efforts, including coordinating interviews for internal candidates when applicable.

Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Lead offer coordination and negotiation processes, applying knowledge of offer management fundamentals, internal equity considerations, and market competitiveness.
  • Guide hiring managers through the selection and offer stages to ensure timely, consistent, and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee, strengthening early engagement and retention.

Recruiting Analytics, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support recruiting, reporting, and tracking of key metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Assist with documentation and processes to support compliance with applicable employment regulations, including Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) guidelines.
  • Ensure recruiting records and documentation are organized and audit-ready

Employer Branding & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in initiatives that enhance recruiting processes and candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding efforts such as job posting optimization, career site updates, and recruiting events.
  • Stay informed on talent market trends and recruiting best practices to support effective sourcing and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Recruiting experience, including experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple job families and levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • OFFCP recruitment compliance experience preferred.
  • Talent acquisition certification preferred.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboards, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculators, and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required.
