You will conduct evaluations and assessments, develop and implement intervention strategies aligned with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and monitor progress toward meaningful, functional outcomes.

This position emphasizes a family-centered, coaching-based approach, empowering caregivers to embed therapeutic strategies into daily routines and natural environments. The Occupational Therapist collaborates closely with Developmental Specialists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Service Coordinators, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Timely documentation and compliance with Nevada Part C and IDEA requirements are essential components of this role.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, as services are provided in home and community settings. Background checks, CPR/BLS certification, and annual HIPAA compliance training are required.

This role requires frequent travel, floor-based interaction with children, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
