Paragon was founded in 2022 by Dr. Gerald Niznick, a pioneer of Dental Implantology. Under the direction of Dr. Niznick, our team will develop and manufacture new dental implant systems and components with superior quality, utilizing state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and processes, together with a talented workforce. We are currently seeking an experienced Education Manager to join our growing team.

The position will be on-site in our Las Vegas, Nevada, location where our Marketing, Inside Sales, Distribution and Packaging departments are located.

Compensation / Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually

(Candidates must match all criteria to be considered for the high end of the compensation pay range.)

Paragon Implant offers two weeks (80 hours) of vacation, one week (40 hours) of Sick Leave, Holiday pay, and medical, dental and vision options (with a significant employer-paid portion of the premiums for the employee), and a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with an employer match, adding value to the Total Compensation Package.


Lead and coordinate education initiatives and administrative tasks for the Company’s educational programs. Play a key role in promoting educational offerings, manage internal processes, and ensure the smooth operation of education strategies and administrative functions. Works under direction of the Vice President of Marketing / General Manager. Adheres to key stakeholders’ final decision-making.


Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and execute local and national education events.Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage all materials to support hands-on courses.Collect and distribute leads resulting from events.Develop and implement comprehensive education strategies to promote educational programs, courses, and events.Create and manage education marketing promotional content / campaigns across various platforms (social media, email marketing, websites, etc.) to engage prospective customers.Disseminate pre-course and post-course communications to attendees.Organize and manage all educational content.Create social media and webstore posts while collaborating with the content creation team to produce education marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts, videos) that align with the Company’s branding.Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance / ROI, using data to optimize future strategies and ensure alignment with Company goals.Manage attendance by maintaining accurate records and reports related to attendee registration, education marketing performance, and other administrative tasks.Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to increase visibility and enrollment.Setup and prepare for events, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless execution. Communicate logistics for attendees.Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to educational offerings and administrative processes.Lead and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to achieve marketing and operational objectives.Provide training and support to team members on best practices in education marketing and administration.Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and communication.Manage speaker contracts, ensure documentation is accurate and complete, and saved.Administer Continuing Education (CE) credits.Coordinate travel.Coordinate and prepare materials for education courses.Assist with best-in-class course experience for attendees.Work with Company leaders and key stakeholders to prioritize work, track project milestones, and maintain deadlines while balancing multiple projects simultaneously.Understand and contribute to the Company’s customer experience efforts, business growth objectives, missions, values, and technology.Communicate clearly and effectively across teams, leading conversations and interactions with the Company’s values in mind, and underscoring conversations with respect and empathy.Keep a pulse on trends and inspiration inside and outside of the Company.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

    Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical work experience. A master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years in education marketing, administration, or a related field.Strong background in both education marketing and administration, with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content marketing.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in using marketing software, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle administrative challenges effectively.Familiarity with higher education systems and processes is a plus.Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to educational marketing.Ability to manage complex administrative tasks and ensure accuracy and quality in all projects.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently and stay ahead of trends in both marketing and education.Ability to adjust strategies and operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Good communication and personal skills, with the ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a strong sense of project ownership.Resourceful with excellent troubleshooting skills.Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines while completing assignments with high attention to detail.Basic understanding of communication design and corporate design language, tone, and voice.Proficient in Microsoft Office products for communication and file management.Minimum two (2) years of management experience preferred.The Company has an on-site business model. No remote work.
