We’re seeking passionate and results-oriented Enrollment Specialists to join our team. You’ll receive high-quality inbound leads—no cold calling required—and offer solutions that truly change lives.

What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with warm leads generated through multiple marketing campaigns
- Consult with prospective clients to evaluate their financial situation and offer tailored debt relief options
- Enroll clients in suitable programs and help them begin their path to financial recovery
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track follow-up opportunities
- Commit to learning and improving as a consultative closer

What You'll Bring:
- 1+years of consultative sales experience (required)
- 1+years in financial services sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation and goal orientation
- CRM experience and basic tech proficiency
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
- Ability to reliably commute to Phoenix, AZ
- This position is in-office 5 days per week
