Bookkeeper | On-Site at NorthPoint Search Group – Cartersville, Georgia

Location: Cartersville, GA (On-Site)
Salary: Up to $65,000 + Benefits + PTO

Stable and growing industrial products company seeking a Bookkeeper to support accounting operations following the retirement of a long-tenured employee. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership and long-term stability.

The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.

• Process ~100 AP invoices per week accurately and timely
• Handle cash applications, posting, and account reconciliations
• Support AR functions and assist with customer credit management
• Process payroll for approximately 50 employees (hourly and salary)
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Partner with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination
• Utilize NetSuite, Ramp, and other financial systems

• 10+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with AP, AR, and payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
