Position Overview:
The AP Clerk/Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments while supporting overall accounting operations.

● Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities and journal entries
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
• Support internal audits and reporting processes

Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
