Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The CNA Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Certified Nursing Assistant team to ensure safe, compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and best practices. This role manages staffing and scheduling, timekeeping, performance and attendance, competency development, and annual evaluations while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant Program
- 3 years of Long Term Care CNA experience
- 1 year of progressively responsible leadership experience
- State of Alaska Certified Nursing Assistant Licensure
