Expert Shutter Services, a trusted name in storm protection across Florida’s Treasure Coast, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Hurricane Shutter Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

As a leader in custom hurricane shutter systems, we are committed to delivering unmatched quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to help homeowners make informed decisions to protect their property.

• Conduct on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients

• Assess property needs and recommend appropriate shutter solutions

• Prepare detailed proposals and close sales with professionalism and integrity

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry standards

• Develop strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

• Collaborate with our installation and support teams to ensure a seamless process

• Proven experience in B2C or home improvement sales preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

• Knowledge of hurricane shutter systems is a plus (training provided)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
