Job description
Location: On Site M-F, Palm Beach Gardens FL
Key Responsibilities of a Divisional Sales Manager:
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, train, and inspire a sales team of salespersons to exceed targets and achieve exceptional results. Train salespeople in accordance with standard operating procedures as outlined in the sales training manual.
Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities.
KPI Tracking: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales team performance and effectiveness.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities in your assigned verticals and other industrial sectors. Enforce customer and opportunities in accordance with your assigned verticals
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and customer support.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
• Experience in tracking and improving sales KPIs and metrics.
Electrical industry experience is a plus but not required.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed.
