• Assist with client onboarding, file preparation, and documentation

• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups for licensed advisors

• Maintain compliant, up-to-date client records

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email

• Support the preparation of financial documents and presentations

• Learn internal systems and build knowledge of financial products

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills

• Professional attitude and high attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada

• Must live in the Toronto/GTA area and be able to work on-site
