Pay Range: (ENTER PAY INFO HERE)

Administrative Support Coordinator Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct support and assistance to the management team.
  • Responsible for the coordination of activities.
  • Books appointments & maintains schedules.
  • Assists with employee reviews, annual mandatory employee education and compliance requirements.
  • Assists with payroll as needed.
  • Other department tasks as needed.

Administrative Support Coordinator Position Requirements:

  • Associates degree in a related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience can be substituted for the above requirements.
  • Experience with employee scheduling, and automated time and attendance/payroll systems in a healthcare setting required.
  • Previous experience with Clariva and Kronos preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred.
