🛠️ What You’ll Do:
✔ Keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained
✔ Perform routine maintenance and general repairs
✔ Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues
✔ Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
✔ Assist with painting, room setup, and small renovation projects
✔ Help maintain outdoor areas and common spaces
✔ Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests

✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔ Maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔ Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
✔ Valid driver’s license preferred
