Sharpe BMW/MINI/Land Rover is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our service team. In this role, you'll welcome guests, assist with vehicle check-in, help coordinate service appointments, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
No automotive experience is required. If you've worked in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or customer service, we'd love to meet you. We will provide the training.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Assist with service appointment check-in
- Help direct traffic in the service lane
- Perform vehicle photo inspections
- Assist customers with navigating mobile apps
- Work closely with service advisors and teammates

Working Monday through Friday. Average 45 hours a week. No Weekends.
