SHARPE, a dealership of premium automotive brands including BMW, MINI, and Land
Rover is seeking a full-time Client Experience Coordinator to join our service team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and
enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you
will help ensure a seamless service visit from arrival to departure while delivering the
professional, white-glove hospitality our clients expect.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver a Premium Guest Experience
- Welcome and assist guests immediately upon arrival in the service drive
- Create a warm, professional, and polished first impression
- Escort guests to their Service Advisor or lounge area to ensure a seamless experience
- Help maintain smooth traffic flow throughout the service lane
Support Service Operations
- Perform vehicle walk-around inspections using photos and video documentation
- Record vehicle condition, tire tread depth, and visible maintenance concerns
- Assist with loaner vehicle check-in/check-out processes when needed
- Help coordinate shuttle logistics and communicate accurate wait times
Assist Clients with Technology
- Help clients download and use manufacturer mobile apps
- Assist guests with Bluetooth pairing and smartphone connectivity
- Serve as a resource for basic vehicle technology support
Work as Part of a Team
- Collaborate closely with fellow Client Experience Coordinators and Service Advisors
- Support teammates during high-volume periods
- Maintain strong communication to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Management Team
What You Bring

- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required

Position Details
- Full-Time; Monday – Friday
- Pay: $17–20/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
