About the Role

City Fertility is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking nursing professional to step into a newly created leadership role with organisation-wide impact across our Queensland IVF clinics. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of fertility nursing by driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and supporting our teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will provide strategic nursing leadership across multiple clinic locations, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve consistency, strengthen team capability, and enhance the delivery of high-quality patient care.

What You will DoAs our Fertility Care Transformation Lead (Nursing), you will:
- Provide senior nursing leadership and support across City Fertility's Queensland IVF clinics
- Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and team effectiveness
- Review, optimise and standardise nursing workflows, processes and clinical practices across multiple locations
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations while maintaining exceptional clinical and patient care standards
- Partner with clinic leaders to implement sustainable improvements that support growth, quality and service excellence
- Analyse operational challenges, develop practical solutions, and lead change management initiatives
- Support workforce planning, capability development and succession planning within IVF nursing teams
- Coach, mentor and develop nursing leaders and team members to foster engagement, accountability and professional growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, scientists, administration teams and corporate stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, safety and patient-centred care
- Travel regularly across Queensland clinics to build relationships, support teams and ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Contribute to strategic projects and organisational priorities that support City Fertility's continued success
You are an experienced and influential nursing leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on engagement. You understand that sustainable improvement happens through strong relationships, meaningful collaboration and empowering people to succeed.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Significant senior nursing leadership experience within IVF, fertility, reproductive health, women's health or a closely related clinical specialty
- Demonstrated success leading operational improvement, service optimisation or transformational change initiatives
- Experience working across multiple sites, departments or service locations
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement and patient-centred healthcare delivery
- Proven ability to analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical, measurable solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Highly developed communication, coaching and influencing capabilities
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
- A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and builds trust
- Energy, resilience and adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments
- A genuine passion for developing people, improving systems and delivering exceptional outcomes for patients and teams
