Job Description

This role requires an active North Carolina Bar license and hands-on trial experience specifically handling Medical Malpractice cases. You’ll have the chance to stand up in court, make an impact for your clients, and know that you have a firm behind you that lives its values every day: putting clients first, practicing extreme ownership, and backing each other up.
What You Will Do
- Lead your own caseload in personal injury litigation from filing through verdict.
- Draft and argue motions, handle depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings.
- Serve as the client’s voice in court with confidence and clarity.
- Work alongside dedicated paralegals and litigation support staff who help prepare every case for success.
Requirements
- Active membership in the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically handling Medical Malpractice cases.
- Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
- Commitment to client service and teamwork.
