Clinic Support Supervisor

Coordinates and manages daily operations of the clinic support team which may include intradepartmental collaboration with primary care, psychiatry, therapy, rehabilitation services (speech, OT and PT) and CPRC when applicable. Responsible for managing interactions with patient/clinics to ensure high level of customer service. Key responsibilities include answering patient/clinics inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department, centralized scheduling services for clinics, and other duties related to ensure patients can easily access their provider(s) Responsible for adhering to all standards of OZH. Supervises staff and performs annual evaluations in conjunction with the Manager and Director. Educates and in-services other staff in JC preparation.
