This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Port Elgin, ON) - 100% Commission based in Canada.

This role offers an opportunity for a motivated mortgage professional to build strong client relationships while helping individuals achieve their homeownership goals. You will work directly with clients to understand their financial needs, provide tailored mortgage solutions, and guide them through the lending process. Accountabilities:

As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for developing mortgage business opportunities, advising clients throughout the lending process, and building long-term relationships within your community.   • Generate and develop mortgage opportunities by building relationships with clients, referral partners, and community contacts.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and client-focused mortgage professional with strong relationship-building abilities and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial objectives. You are comfortable working independently, developing business opportunities, and managing a full mortgage sales cycle.

  • Previous experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or a related client advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and mortgage documentation.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and community partners.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
