This role is a high-impact enterprise sales position focused on transforming how large restaurant organizations leverage technology to improve visibility, reduce operational risk, and drive performance across multi-location networks. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with enterprise restaurant brands, franchise groups, and multi-unit operators. The position involves navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning operations, IT, finance, and executive leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock value through advanced video intelligence and operational insights. The environment is fast-paced, competitive, and highly strategic, with strong emphasis on ownership and results. You will also contribute market intelligence and customer insights to shape go-to-market strategy and product direction.
Accountabilities:Drive end-to-end enterprise sales execution and strategic account growth within the restaurant industry, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, close, and expansion across multi-location organizations.
- Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value enterprise opportunities across QSR, fast casual, casual dining, franchisors, and multi-unit restaurant operators
- Build and execute strategic account plans targeting enterprise restaurant brands, franchise systems, and ownership groups
- Own the full sales cycle including discovery, solution design, pilot coordination, procurement, negotiation, and closing
- Navigate complex buying committees involving executives, operators, IT, finance, legal, and loss prevention stakeholders
- Develop ROI-driven business cases tailored to diverse restaurant stakeholders and operational challenges
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, industry networks, and sales tools
- Expand existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-location rollout strategies
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and strong customer outcomes
- Contribute field insights and market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategy
This role requires strong enterprise sales expertise, ideally within restaurant, retail, or other multi-location operational industries, combined with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, restaurant tech, security, or operations-focused solutions
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding quota
- Experience selling into restaurant organizations, franchise systems, or multi-unit operators strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant industry dynamics including franchising models and operational challenges
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence C-suite decision-makers
- Demonstrated success in account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build ROI-based value propositions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
