Job Title DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER – Compliance Solutions

Department Software Development

Location Hybrid

Reports to Chief Technology Officer

Direct Reports None

Schedule 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, as arranged with Manager

Salary $110,000 - $135,000 per year [depending on experience]

Specific compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.

Annual Incentive Pay Up to 15% target of earned base salary

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of our suite of digital products including NCCO Task Manager, training and learning management, and other new additions to our platform.

The role involves understanding customer needs, defining product vision, working closely with the development team, and managing the product lifecycle to create user-friendly, profitable digital products such as mobile apps, websites, and software. In addition, a strong understanding of business processes required to support digital products, from sales and marketing to customer onboarding and support, is essential.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient and possesses strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Define the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the organization’s digital product line.

· Manage the product lifecycle iteratively from concept, development and initial release through continuous, ongoing refinement cycles.

· Evaluate, implement, and refine inter-department collaboration and communication processes to ensure that the product can be brought to market and supported successfully.

· Primary strategic point of contact for stakeholders and sometimes even customers, communicating product updates and strategic decisions.

· Work with stakeholders and teams to prioritize product features and requirements.

· Collaborate with sales to ensure the digital product aligns with the company’s vision and goals.

· Collaborate with the product directors, product owners, and the engineering and development team to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.

· Collaborate with marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging and implement go-to-market strategies.

· Responsible for defining and analyzing metrics that inform the success of the product, while also maintaining a deep understanding of the market and competition.

· Ensure products align with the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

· Act as a product evangelist to build awareness within the organization.

· Some travel is required (between once per quarter and 1-2 times per month, depending on the need).

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Customer-centric mindset to ensure the digital product meets user needs and contributes to business goals.
