JOB SUMMARY:

As a Project Coordinator within the Single-Family Division at Renova One, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of projects within our organization. Your role will involve creating schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Develop project schedules and timelines, and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Assist with order entry, quoting, and material take-offs using estimating software; interpret construction blueprints for accurate project planning
  • Support project operations including scheduling, warranty/service coordination, purchasing, and SKU creation
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and support project execution
  • Communicate project status updates and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, budgets, and reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and issues
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess lessons learned and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support to project managers and team members as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field is preferred
  • Flooring industry experience is preferred
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite - LogicTek, RFMS Measure, QuoteWerks, Excel, Outlook are preferred
  • Must be comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
