This role is a key operational support position within a fast-paced, remote-first environment supporting international business hours. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining workflows, improving processes, and keeping systems and documentation accurate and up to date. The position combines administrative coordination, process optimization, and light technical work across multiple digital tools and platforms. You will work closely with leadership to support reporting, automation monitoring, and operational improvements that directly impact efficiency and execution quality. It is well suited for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. The environment is dynamic, structured, and focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Maintain and update operational workflows and boards, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms such as Monday.com.
- Build, manage, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support workflow automations using tools such as Make.com and similar platforms.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all operational documentation is clear and up to date.
- Organize and manage documentation systems, including SharePoint, ensuring information is structured and accessible.
- Support leadership with operational initiatives, process improvements, and day-to-day project execution.
- Conduct data audits across workflows to ensure accuracy, identify inefficiencies, and support optimization efforts.
- Assist with multiple concurrent operational and administrative tasks in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced computer literacy and confidence working across digital tools and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com and process documentation tools or practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in operations, virtual assistance, or project coordination roles preferred.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier), AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini), and SharePoint is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with a reliable home setup.
- Fully remote work from home environment.
