This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Delivery Transition Analyst - SAP in Brazil.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth transition of SAP Brazil Tax Reform deliverables from development into long-term support operations. You will act as a bridge between product delivery, support, and client-facing teams, ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness are executed effectively. Working in a global and highly collaborative environment, you will help stabilize post-go-live solutions and minimize operational risk for enterprise SAP clients. The position requires strong analytical ability, SAP support understanding, and structured communication skills. You will contribute directly to the reliability and continuity of mission-critical tax and regulatory systems. This is a highly cross-functional role where precision, coordination, and clarity directly impact service quality and client success.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will ensure seamless transition of SAP Brazil Tax Reform solutions into support and operational teams while maintaining high-quality documentation and readiness across all stakeholders. You will coordinate closely with global delivery, support, and client teams to ensure stable post-go-live operations.

  • Coordinate and facilitate knowledge transfer between product delivery, support, AMS, and professional services teams.
  • Ensure operational readiness for post-transition support, including L4, AMS, and client-facing teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including support guides and process flows.
  • Support hypercare activities and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
  • Lead triage and coordination of incidents during pre- and post-production phases.
  • Assist in troubleshooting SAP Brazil Tax Reform-related issues and provide functional guidance.
  • Support Agile Scrum teams through validation, documentation, and transition planning activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve transition processes and strengthen long-term support models.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong SAP support experience, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to documentation and cross-functional coordination in global environments.

  • Experience supporting SAP environments, ideally with exposure to Brazil or LATAM tax and regulatory processes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP support models, AMS, L4 support, or product delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of Brazil Tax Reform topics such as IBS, CBS, and related regulatory changes.
  • Experience in knowledge transfer, transition management, or cross-team coordination roles.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation, workflows, and support materials.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA is a plus.
  • SAP configuration, functional analysis, or debugging knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in global virtual teams.
Benefits
  • Remote position based in Brazil with global team collaboration
  • Exposure to complex SAP Brazil Tax Reform and enterprise support programs
  • Opportunity to work across delivery, support, and professional services functions
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior SAP support expertise
  • Career development in SAP transition, support operations, and regulatory systems
  • Participation in high-impact, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
  • Collaborative, international work environment with strong knowledge-sharing culture.
