- Lead business process discovery sessions to identify customer requirements, operational challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Design scalable Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions that align with business objectives while leveraging platform best practices.
- Translate functional and business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
- Configure and oversee the deployment of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and user adoption.
- Manage customer communications throughout project lifecycles, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Drive user experience excellence by incorporating best-practice design principles into every phase of solution delivery.
- Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and supporting documentation to ensure successful adoption.
- Oversee project execution, including planning, delivery, risk management, and successful completion of assigned initiatives.
- Lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and technical leadership.
- Facilitate strategic discussions with customer service and field operations leaders to develop long-term transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with AI-focused teams to integrate innovative technologies and intelligent automation into Salesforce solutions.
- Support integration initiatives involving Salesforce APIs, legacy systems, custom development, and multi-environment release management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands-on technical consulting, solution architecture, or project management role.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering Salesforce projects in client-facing environments.
- Proven expertise implementing Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions at an enterprise level.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and declarative configuration capabilities.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation and implementation plans.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and web services.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including code management, deployment processes, and project governance.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations involving integrations and custom development.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or related credentials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and improve business processes through technology.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Analytics solutions is considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
