BAS / Controls Project Manager
🟢 Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced BAS / Controls Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for managing BAS and DDC controls projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.

Responsibilities

Manage BAS/controls projects from kickoff through completion
Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams
Track schedules, job costs, materials, and change orders
Oversee submittals, installation sequencing, startup, and commissioning
Maintain communication with project teams, clients, and field personnel

Qualifications

5+ years of BAS/controls project management experience
Strong understanding of HVAC controls and DDC systems
Experience with Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider platforms
Ability to read plans, specifications, and control sequences
Strong communication and field coordination skills
Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; ERP/project software experience is a plus
