In this role, you will lead the development of content strategies, training initiatives, and engagement tools that empower customer-facing medical teams across complex therapeutic areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape scientific narratives, optimize medical education, and strengthen field effectiveness during product launches and lifecycle management. The position offers broad visibility across medical strategy, digital engagement, and training functions while operating in a highly collaborative and innovation-focused environment. The position is fully remote within the United States and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to meaningful advancements in patient care and medical engagement strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of field medical content strategies across Neuroimmunology and Neurodegeneration therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with scientific, launch, and lifecycle objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical strategy, HEOR, clinical, and training stakeholders to define content priorities and deliver compliant, high-quality scientific materials for customer engagement.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), including onboarding, therapeutic education, scientific storytelling, coaching, and best-practice sharing.
- Ensure all internal and external-facing resources remain accurate, compliant, current, and aligned with evolving medical strategies and regulatory standards.
- Partner with field leadership and regional stakeholders to adapt tools, messaging, and educational content to local healthcare ecosystem needs and customer priorities.
- Support major medical congress planning activities, including engagement strategies, content deployment, budget coordination, and execution oversight.
- Gather field insights through direct collaboration and observation with MSL teams to continuously improve content effectiveness, customer engagement approaches, and training outcomes.
- Advanced degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in medical affairs, field medical, scientific training, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks, including FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and pharmaceutical industry ethical guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing within matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage scientific and clinical audiences at all levels.
- Experience developing scientific content, educational tools, and training programs for customer-facing medical teams is highly valued.
- Knowledge of neuroscience, disease management, medical research practices, managed care dynamics, or field medical operations is considered a strong advantage.
- Previous field medical or Medical Science Liaison experience is preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from $204,400 to $379,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
