Why You’ll Like Working Here
If you’re looking for a stable, full‑time remote role, enjoy staying busy on the phone, and want real growth opportunities (not just promises), Streamline may be the right fit.
We provide all equipment, promote from within, and support our teams with structure, training, and leadership that understands remote work.
Who We Are
Founded in 2013, Streamline Work Comp is a growing radiology and physical therapy management company serving the workers’ compensation industry nationwide. We partner with insurance carriers, providers, and injured workers to ensure fast scheduling, accurate documentation, and a smooth care experience.
Our culture values:
Clear communication
Accountability
Teamwork
Doing the right thing for injured workers
About the Role
The Case Coordinator is a fully remote, administrative role focused on high‑volume phone coordination and case documentation.
Most of your day will be spent making outbound calls to:
Injured workers
Medical providers
Insurance partners
You’ll schedule appointments, gather case updates, and document everything accurately in real time.
This is a phone‑heavy role. If you enjoy staying engaged, moving quickly, and solving small problems throughout the day, you’ll thrive here.
Streamline provides all equipment, including a company computer, monitors, and desk phone.
Because this role involves protected health information and continuous calls, you must have a private, quiet, distraction‑free workspace and be able to work your full shift without caregiving or dependent supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to schedule medical appointments and obtain case updates
- Answer limited inbound calls from patients, providers, and adjusters
- Review referrals and medical records for completeness
- Coordinate imaging, therapy, and specialist appointments
- Verify claimant information and document cases accurately in real time
- Upload documents, send follow‑ups, and communicate professionally by phone and email
- Work across multiple systems (Outlook, Teams, internal platforms, voicemail tools)
- Maintain speed and accuracy in a high‑volume environment
- Follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements at all times
- Support additional tasks as assigned
Schedule & Coverage
Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Shifts are assigned based on time zone to support coverage across the U.S.
Most schedules fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM in your assigned time zone
Exact schedules are confirmed prior to hire based on business needs
