Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our distribution facility operations. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and leads, manage inbound and outbound logistics, control costs, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently upheld. What You'll Do
- Lead high-volume warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Work extensively in our ERP system on a daily basis, including:
- Managing inventory across our main facility and outside warehouse locations
- Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders from receipt through delivery
- Partner with transportation providers to meet plant needs and customer deadlines
- Supervise a small high-performing warehouse team
- Maintain safety compliance and quality standards
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as business needs require
- Proficiency with ERP systems and basic computer skills (MS Office)
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Forklift certification (we will train the right candidate)
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with OSHA compliance and safety program management
