This role sits at the heart of revenue performance, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through data, process optimization, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for improving visibility across the entire sales funnel while ensuring teams have the tools, insights, and structure needed to perform at their best. Acting as a key partner to leadership, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that shape strategy and execution. The position combines analytics, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will also play a critical role in improving CRM integrity, enabling scalable processes, and supporting revenue-driving initiatives. Accountabilities
  • Support Sales Training initiatives by collaborating with Sales leadership to design, deliver, and optimize onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to provide visibility into pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Improve and streamline sales and marketing processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable workflow enhancements.
  • Ensure CRM (HubSpot) data accuracy, governance, and hygiene across all sales and marketing activities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align revenue strategies and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Support automation and optimization of sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Deliver regular reporting and strategic insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements

This role requires strong analytical capability, deep familiarity with sales operations or revenue operations functions, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Candidates should be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement roles with a focus on analytics, reporting, or process optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for revenue teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
