Accountabilities

In this role, you will manage staffing coordination and timekeeping functions to ensure appropriate workforce coverage, accurate records, and smooth daily operations across a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • Create, maintain, and adjust staffing schedules based on patient acuity and operational needs
  • Monitor staffing levels and support timely adjustments to ensure adequate coverage across departments
  • Oversee updates and maintenance of timekeeping systems and related workforce data
  • Track, record, and maintain employee credentials, licensure, and mandatory education requirements
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards in all data handling

Requirements

This position requires strong administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage staffing and scheduling processes in a fast-paced healthcare or similar environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with data systems and time-sensitive operational needs.

  • Minimum 4 years of clerical, administrative, staffing, scheduling, or office support experience
  • Experience in a healthcare or fast-paced operational environment strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage timekeeping systems and maintain accurate workforce records
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements and compliance in handling employee data
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing staffing needs and priorities
  • Proficiency with administrative tools and scheduling or workforce management systems
