This role is focused on applying data science and generative AI to solve real business challenges in a fast-growing and innovation-driven environment.
You will translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary squads across data, engineering, and product.
The position involves hands-on work with data pipelines, statistical analysis, and machine learning models, with increasing exposure to generative AI tools and APIs.
You will contribute to building scalable data products, improving data quality, and supporting MLOps practices.

Accountabilities:

Translate business requirements into technical data science tasks, supporting solution design and implementation.
Support ETL/ELT processes, data transformation workflows, and the development of reliable data sources.
Contribute to data modeling, database structuring, and creation of analytical datasets.
Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze data and build predictive models under guidance.
Communicate insights and results through reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
Assist in initial model development, testing, documentation, and standardization of analytical processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional squads and support MLOps practices, including data integrity and API usage standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
Experience in Data Science or Data Analysis roles.
Intermediate programming skills, preferably in Python.
Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
Basic experience with BI/Data Visualization tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in collaborative environments.

Valued skills (nice to have):

Basic knowledge of AWS tools (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
Familiarity with automation tools such as N8N and low-code/no-code platforms (Flowise, Langflow, Dify).
Experience integrating AI APIs and automation workflows.
Exposure to generative AI tools, experimentation, or model testing.
Interest in mentoring, AI model development, or applied generative AI solutions.
