- Process complex financial transactions including wire payments, fund transfers, account maintenance requests, and other specialized banking activities with a high level of accuracy and compliance.
- Support inquiries related to lending products, sub-account renewals, rate changes, mortgage solutions, and specialized banking services for high-net-worth clients.
- Provide exceptional day-to-day banking support, including assistance with bill payments, Interac e-Transfers, credit card inquiries, account updates, and GIC-related requests.
- Assist clients with account openings and onboarding processes while delivering a personalized, concierge-level service experience.
- Review and process operational exceptions and fee waiver requests while maintaining strong attention to detail and regulatory standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for advisors and clients, ensuring timely responses and smooth coordination throughout the full lending lifecycle from application to funding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and advisor partners to strengthen client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Contribute to team meetings, business development initiatives, and continuous improvements to the client experience.
- Previous experience in private banking, lending operations, commercial banking, wealth management support, or high-net-worth client services.
- Strong knowledge of lending products, banking operations, and financial transaction processing within a regulated financial environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex client requests and deliver accurate, timely solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and professionally.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with specialized lending products, mortgages, deposits, credit cards, or private banking solutions is considered an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered a strong advantage.
- Competitive salary ranging from CAD $59,100 to $98,500, based on experience, skills, and market conditions.
