Accountabilities:
  • Provide responsive and professional support to clients throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
  • Assist the Mobile Mortgage Advisor with day-to-day administrative tasks that support business operations and client portfolio management.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging new mortgage clients.
  • Coordinate documentation, data entry, and workflow tracking to ensure accuracy and completeness of mortgage applications.
  • Help maintain strong client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service and follow-ups.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to organize information, prepare materials, and support reporting needs.
  • Contribute to a well-organized and efficient pipeline by monitoring application progress and identifying follow-up actions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a client service, administrative, or financial services support role; experience in residential mortgages is a strong asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork aligned with service-oriented values.
  • Familiarity with banking or mortgage processes is preferred but not mandatory.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards.
  • Flexible hybrid/remote working arrangement (home office setup with provided equipment).
  • Access to banking employee benefits and financial services perks.
  • Wellbeing support programs, including employee and family assistance resources.
  • Recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on trust, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Opportunities to develop experience in the mortgage and financial services sector.
