This role is focused on high-volume outbound prospecting and qualified meeting generation for an enterprise AI platform operating across Latin America. You will be responsible for engaging senior decision-makers in large organizations, creating interest in AI-driven enterprise solutions, and securing discovery meetings for the solutions team. The position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a structured approach to daily outreach activities across multiple channels. You will operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where consistency, discipline, and follow-up quality directly impact success. Working closely with technical and solutions consultants, you will play a key role in building the sales pipeline for complex enterprise opportunities. This is a fully remote role designed for professionals who thrive in outbound sales and enjoy engaging with senior business and technology leaders.
- Identify and research target enterprise accounts and key decision-makers across industries such as technology, operations, finance, and digital transformation.
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate interest in AI-driven enterprise solutions.
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, and other business leaders) to qualify interest and create demand for discovery meetings.
- Book qualified appointments and demos for AI Solutions Consultants, ensuring high-quality pipeline generation.
- Maintain disciplined CRM management with accurate tracking of outreach activity, responses, objections, and meeting outcomes.
- Follow structured daily outreach targets while continuously refining messaging based on feedback and results.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar roles within SaaS, IT services, analytics, automation, or enterprise software environments. You are confident communicating in English, both spoken and written, and able to craft clear, persuasive outreach messages. Strong discipline, consistency, and comfort with high-volume cold calling are essential. You are target-driven, highly organized, and effective in managing follow-ups across multiple prospects and channels. Experience engaging enterprise stakeholders is a plus, as is familiarity with AI, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions. Additional language skills such as Hindi are considered an advantage.
