Land Use Attorney – Boston, MA – Hybrid Remote - $150k - $225k

Work hybrid remote.
· Advise developers, property owners, municipalities, and businesses on zoning, land use, permitting, subdivision control, wetlands, and environmental matters. · Represent clients before planning boards, zoning boards of appeal, conservation commissions, and state regulatory agencies. · Draft and negotiate permit applications, development agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, and related real estate documents. · Handle administrative appeals and litigation involving zoning, permitting, and land use disputes.
