Job Description

We're looking for an IT Help Desk professional with strong customer service skills to provide technical support in a fast-paced call center environment (up to 30 calls/day).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot printers, hardware, software, and network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE).
  • Manage Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, user account support).
  • Support and deploy iPhones/iPads, including setup, backups, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide remote support using MSRA, RDP, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
  • Assist with video conferencing solutions (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Cisco Presence).
  • Resolve application access and compatibility issues.
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets, including assignment and resolution.

Qualifications:

  • IT Help Desk or Call Center experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and basic network troubleshooting is preferred.
