Job Description
Uncapped commission — our SDS earned a median of ~$100,000 last year, with our top earners above $175,000
Paid training for your first six weeks while you learn our systems — you don't sell a thing until we've made you good at this.
TerraFirma has been the Pacific Northwest's trusted name in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete repair since 2005. We're locally owned and operated — the leaders making decisions here are the same people you'll see in the office. We don't just fix homes, we protect families, and our System Design Specialists are the trusted advisors who make that promise in the customer's living room.
Do you thrive where diagnosis meets persuasion? This is consultative, in-home sales with substance behind it: you'll assess real structural problems, design the fix, and present it to homeowners who already asked us to come. Company-scheduled appointments — no door-knocking, no buying your own leads.
HOW THE PAY WORKS — STRAIGHT ANSWERS
- Six weeks of paid training at $18.00 per hour while you learn our products, our process, and ride along with top performers
- Then uncapped commission on the solutions you design and sell — no cap, no territory games
- Real results from last year: median SDS earnings ~$100,000 with top earners above $175,000
- Every appointment is company-generated — homeowners who called us — so your earnings depend on your skill, not your lead budget
Commission-based earnings vary by individual performance. Figures above are actual prior-year results for this role at TerraFirma and are not a guarantee of individual earnings.
