We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Recruiter to join our clinical recruitment efforts and collaborate with teams across Cartwheel to meet recruiting needs. As a temporary member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Cartwheel. Reporting to Cartwheel’s Director of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will have experience in clinical recruiting, expert sourcing skills, a strategic mindset, and "world class" interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own full cycle clinical recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Play a critical role in developing and executing a multi-state recruitment strategy.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing, to identify talent.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and contribute to our diversity hiring initiatives.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring great talent.
- Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment hiring licensed mental health therapists
- Ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Experience with Gem (ATS, sourcing, and reporting platform), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed (sourcing)
