Accountabilities:

As a Clinical Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of healthcare partnerships while ensuring strong engagement, operational alignment, and successful student placement outcomes.

  • Manage relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare organizations, engaging stakeholders from operational contacts to senior decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain consistent communication cadences through calls, meetings, and personalized outreach.
  • Lead partner check-ins by identifying priorities, defining action plans, and ensuring commitments are followed through.
  • Support clinical partners with student placements, program questions, cohort coordination, and relationship challenges.
  • Handle sensitive partner situations with professionalism, coordinating internally to resolve issues effectively.

  • Build new clinical partnerships through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships into new locations, cohorts, or employee training programs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and relationship updates to provide visibility into partner health and pipeline progress.
  • Share insights, risks, and opportunities with leadership to support partnership growth strategies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with experience managing client partnerships, driving engagement, and achieving business goals through strong communication and organization.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, partnership development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships from initial outreach through implementation and ongoing support.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Experience with outbound calling, follow-up strategies, objection handling, and progressing opportunities toward clear next steps.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when managing complex or sensitive customer situations.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Interest in healthcare, education, workforce development, or partnership-driven environments is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote full-time position.
  • Flexible location with work aligned to U.S. business hours.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience, location, and hiring arrangement.
  • Opportunity to own a portfolio of strategic healthcare relationships.
  • Direct impact on expanding training capacity and improving access to healthcare education.
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-moving organization.
  • Collaborative environment with visibility and ownership over key initiatives.
