Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Consultant to lead client engagements involving asset valuation, lease restructuring, underwriting, and portfolio strategy. This role focuses on sophisticated financial modeling and advisory rather than traditional transaction brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build complex discounted cash flow (DCF), internal rate of return (IRR), and net present value (NPV) models for commercial assets.
• Conduct acquisition due diligence, market feasibility analyses, and highest-and-best-use studies.
• Advise corporate tenants and landlords on lease negotiations, sale-leasebacks, and portfolio optimization.
• Evaluate local zoning laws, macroeconomic trends, and cap rate movements to guide investment strategy.
• Draft executive-level advisory reports and present strategic recommendations to investment committees.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business (MBA or MS in Real Estate strongly preferred).
• Experience: 3–6+ years in commercial real estate underwriting, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of ARGUS Enterprise and advanced Excel financial modeling. Deep familiarity with CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, or similar databases.
• Licensing: Active Commercial Real Estate License preferred; CCIM or CFA designation is a major plus.
