This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive - Advisor Sales based in the United States.
As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships with financial advisors and converting qualified prospects into long-term customers.
You will own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
The role combines inbound lead conversion with proactive outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.
You will become a trusted advisor to prospects by understanding their business challenges and demonstrating the value of an AI-powered SaaS platform.
Working in a high-energy, fast-moving environment, you will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teammates to build a strong pipeline and achieve ambitious targets.
With typical deal sizes of $3,000–$4,000 and sales cycles of approximately 15–20 days, the role offers a fast pace and meaningful ownership.

- Manage the full sales cycle for prospective financial advisor customers, from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and close.
- Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs, and positioning solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach while effectively managing inbound, marketing-generated leads.
- Own and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, converting marketing leads into qualified opportunities and consistently developing new sources of business.
- Deliver compelling online product demonstrations and clearly communicate the platform's value proposition to prospective customers.
- Develop deep expertise in the financial advisory industry and become skilled at identifying customer pain points and matching them with relevant solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental sales quotas and new-business objectives.
- Qualify opportunities and convert prospects into subscription-based customers through value-based selling.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms as needed to successfully close new business.
- Maintain accurate pipeline information, activity records, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other Sales stakeholders to maximize lead quality, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Contribute to a high-accountability, collaborative sales culture focused on continuous improvement and strong customer outcomes.
- 2–4+ years of experience selling SaaS or fintech solutions, preferably in a high-volume, transactional sales environment.
- Demonstrated success closing sales directly with end buyers and decision-makers and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with value-based selling and the ability to clearly connect a product's capabilities to customer business outcomes.
- A proactive, hunter-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for outbound prospecting and top-of-funnel activity.
- Strong business acumen and a proven ability to generate net-new customer revenue in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and become confident demonstrating and positioning software solutions.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, resilient, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to exceeding goals.
- Excellent organizational and pipeline-management skills, with experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Adaptability and comfort working in an evolving environment with limited bureaucracy and high individual accountability.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to contribute positively within a high-energy sales team.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, wealth management, financial services, or working directly with financial advisors.
- Competitive compensation: $65,000–$80,000 base salary plus incentive compensation, with an expected total OTE range of $133,000–$165,000, depending on experience.
