Shipping and Receiving Team Member in Phoenix, Arizona at Angie's Lobster LLC

Pay: $22.00/hour and up, depending on experience (DOE)

Angie’s Food Concepts is looking for a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Team Member to support our daily operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming deliveries, organizing inventory, preparing outgoing orders, and helping ensure products and supplies move accurately and efficiently through our facility.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries

• Check products for accuracy, quality, and damage

• Properly label, date, organize, and store incoming products

• Rotate inventory using proper FIFO procedures

• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outgoing orders

• Verify outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness

• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records

• Keep storage, warehouse, cooler, freezer, and receiving areas clean and organized

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

• Communicate inventory shortages, damaged products, or delivery discrepancies to management

• Work with production and other team members to ensure products and supplies are available when needed

• Dependable and punctual

• Organized with strong attention to detail

• Able to accurately count and verify products

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or food-service experience is a plus

• Starting at $22/hour and up, DOE

Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, and safely lifting and moving boxes, ingredients, products, and supplies. This position may require working in refrigerated and freezer areas.
