Position Summary:
The Arizona Warehouse Utility employee plays a critical dual role supporting both warehouse operations and product assembly. This position is responsible for receiving and shipping materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and assembling high-quality products according to established work instructions and quality standards.

This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Job Description The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assemble and kit parts according to Work Instructions and Assembly Instructions using hand and power tools
• Ensure all parts are properly assembled, bagged, and labeled
• Enter completed work into the computer system and track progress
• Perform quality checks to identify and correct defects before final production
• Prepare items for shipment, verifying information against invoices, bills of lading, and orders
• Determine proper shipment methods and inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Receive incoming materials, verify contents, and stock inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (6:00 am – 2:30 pm; subject to change. Occasional overtime required

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain Nemco certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience with inventory systems and cycle counting preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Physical Requirements:

• Standing: Most tasks performed standing with intermittent walking
• Walking: Frequent short distances
• Lifting: Frequently 5–60 lbs.; occasionally team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Carrying: Occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/Pulling: Move carts and skids using hand trucks
• Bending: Occasional bending
