Description: Manufacturing Systems Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support production operations by delivering timely, accurate data analysis and reporting using ERP (Infor), Tableau, and
Power BI.
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly scorecards used in management reviews.
• Own / manage yield tracking and reconciliation processes, proactively investigating discrepancies and providing
actionable insights.
• Serve as a key backup resource for Shift Data Entry Specialists and the Op. Excellence Manager .
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data entry processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen data accuracy
across operations.
• Provide training and guidance to supervisors, coordinators, and managers on ERP systems, reporting tools, and data
utilization, increasing system adoption and effectiveness.
• Support ERP system upgrades, including implementation, user training, and troubleshooting for production teams.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support production and management needs.
• Lead and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify root causes of issues impacting production, quality, and safety, drive corrective actions.
• Develop and enhance automated reporting solutions.
• Build strong relationships across teams, partnering in operational and data-driven initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, accountability in data / reporting activities.
• Travel Requirements: 20% to minimal
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND TRAINING:
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau as a primary data visualization and reporting tool, including dashboard development,
data modeling, and performance analytics
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, BI, including pivot tables, automation, and interactive dashboards
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor preferred) and integrating data across multiple platforms for reporting and analysis
• Proven ability to leverage Tableau & BI tools to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support cross-functional teams
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with strong time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and data accuracy
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• 2-year associate's degree (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) but will assess prior experience and skillset to offset
