We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software Consultant to support enterprise clients through application management, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
This role focuses on delivering reliable workforce management solutions while ensuring system performance, service quality, and business alignment.
You will work across the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
The position requires strong functional and technical expertise, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead distributed teams.
You will play a key role in improving workforce processes through scalable solutions, integrations, and best practices.

As a Senior Workforce Software Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing workforce management platforms while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide application management services for enterprise cloud-based Workforce Software solutions, supporting clients with ongoing operational needs.
- Participate in the complete lifecycle of application support projects, including system enhancements, maintenance activities, and optimization initiatives while meeting service-level agreements.
- Manage incident resolution processes, including incident logging, triage, tracking, escalation, and resolution based on severity levels.
- Perform root cause analysis, problem management, and error resolution activities to improve system reliability.
- Gather requirements for system changes and enhancements, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure Workforce Software policies, workflows, and system functionalities based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workforce Software and other enterprise systems.
- Lead and coordinate offshore technical and functional resources to ensure successful delivery and SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective workforce management solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in workforce management technologies, enterprise application support, and client-facing consulting environments. Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with workforce management software, preferably Workforce Software.
- Workforce Software certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts, including time tracking, attendance management, scheduling, compliance, leave management, and workforce optimization.
- Experience with IT service management practices, including incident management, problem management, ITIL processes, RACI frameworks, and RAID logs.
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Software configuration, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and workforce management platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with similar workforce solutions such as Infor WFM (Workbrain) or Kronos is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $150,000 annually.
