| Shift | Days (Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm), On-Call required, rotating weekends, holidays and evenings as needed. Please be aware that as an exempt position, job duties will occasionally require additional time in the evenings, nights, holidays and/or weekends to accomplish work goals in excess of 40 hours per week. |
| Job Summary | Advance Animal Care, Research Excellence, and Regulatory Compliance The University of Kentucky is seeking a Senior Laboratory Animal Veterinarian to provide clinical leadership and veterinary oversight within the Division of Laboratory Animal Resources (DLAR). This position sits at the intersection of laboratory animal medicine, research support, and regulatory compliance, helping ensure the highest standards of animal welfare while supporting the university’s research, teaching, and testing missions.
