Seasonal Make Ready Needed -

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents, completing basic work orders, maintaining pools, and ensuring the property grounds remain clean and presentable. Initial expectancy for the role's duration is set to 3 months, but there is a possibility that it could be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

· Complete basic maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner

· Perform unit turns/make readies to company standards

· Maintain cleanliness and functionality of pools

· Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulations
